For years, I chased health through extremes, restricting, pushing, starting over. But no matter how much I “did,” I never felt grounded in my body.
That’s why I created Fit Theory: a holistic, shame-free approach for women and LGBTQ+ folks who are done with quick fixes and ready for real, lasting change. With tools from fitness, mindset, and nervous system work, I help you build self-trust....and a life that actually fits you.
